Travelodge to expand owned hotel portfolio in £210m deal

The budget hotels business has announced that it is to acquire 66 hotels from its largest landlord for £210m, as it plots further expansion across the UK. Travelodge currently operates 600 hotels and employs more than 12,000 people.
