Italian Chocolate brand Pernigotti acquired by JP Morgan

JP Morgan has agreed to acquire the Italian chocolate manufacturer Pernigotti. The brand stopped production at its Novi Ligure facility in 2018. Under new ownership, Pernigotti expects to reopen its factory ahead of the Christmas season.
