We take the time to properly get to know your business, to ensure we fully understand your needs and can be an effective ambassador for you in the marketplace. We look to meet the relevant leaders within your core proposition and go and see your key competitors.
We run a comprehensive, rigorous and structured process reviewing all relevant companies in agreed target markets. Because we are consumer specialists, we leverage our existing network of tens of thousands of candidates to ensure you meet the very best candidates for each assignment.
Through detailed face-to-face interviews and assessment covering cover key skills and competencies, we pull together a longlist of potential candidates to present to the client.
Once a shortlist of candidates has been agreed, candidates will be interviewed by relevant parties at the client, while MBS manages the process.
Referencing & Due Diligence
As preferred candidate(s) emerge, further references, due diligence and, if required, psychometric assessments are conducted.
We actively reduce the barriers to closing a search by building strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.

However, as we have unparalleled access to the best talent in our industry, clients do come to us with an immediate need from time to time and we are able to recommend currently-available candidates.
We combine our own market insight with thorough assessment to help build a clear understanding of our clients’ needs and thereby maximise their organisational effectiveness. Our board assessment services include talent assessment and benchmarking, as well as leadership coaching.
Talent Mapping / Succession Planning
We have supported numerous clients who are seeking up-and-coming high-potential candidates, succession planning for specific roles, re-structuring/re-organising, or building out new business units by providing them with detailed, comprehensive and - often - global talent mapping.
Pre-deal Private Equity
Our dedicated Private Equity practice provides funds and portfolio businesses with a range of pre-deal services, including talent assessment, due diligence and executive search. We are used to working at pace, without compromising our standard rigorous, probing approach.
