Predictions 2018: The year of breakout marketers



Forrester predicts that more marketers will embrace an expanded role in 2018 focused on crafting customer experiences. The research company notes that CMOs have the shortest tenure in the C-suite and that some companies like Coca-Cola are eliminating their CMO functions altogether in favor of chief growth or customers officers. The analysis forms part of Forrester’s 2018 B2C marketing predictions.
